Our Team of Caregivers

Kind-Hearted Care is an in-home care company catering to Delaware County, and some surrounding portions of Montgomery County, Philadelphia County, Gloucester County, New Castle County and Chester County. We’re committed to providing dependable, affordable, and compassionate non-medical home care. We cater chiefly to seniors requiring in-home care who face a variety of age-related health challenges, but we are also happy to provide home care for younger individuals such as new mothers and handicapped or physically impaired individuals.

We understand how important it is to our clients to remain independent in their home homes. We help them achieve this goal by providing a variety of non-medical home services such as light housekeeping, cooking, pet care, transportation and ambulatory assistance.

Whether you need us for a few hours for errands, for respite care in the Delaware County vicinity or for 24-hour assistance, you can depend on our trustworthy caregivers for compassionate and professional daily living support for your loved ones.

Founder’s Note

As a nursing professional and Delaware County resident for more than thirty years, I have a strong, local background in personal geriatric care, emergency care and case management. I’m also a board member of Community Interactions (CI), an organization that provides assistance to individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and dual-diagnosed behavioral health challenges.

MrsDThe idea for Kind-Hearted Care first came to me when my own mother’s age-related needs increased. She wanted to remain independent, but required help with many tasks she had accomplished by herself in the past. With work and other family responsibilities, I was often hard-pressed to help her as much as I would have liked.

Researching the subject, I saw a void in this vicinity for flexible and affordable home assistance and decided to start my own company of caregivers providing compassionate “helping hands” as needed.

We’re not a big, impersonal franchise where clients are just names on a chart. We’re a dependable, nurturing local group. We know the area and understand the population Delaware County. Additionally, each of our care advocates is given thorough background and reference checks to further ensure the safety of our clients.

Sincerely,
JoAnn Pola, RN
